Been a couple of weeks since my last update, but I've not abandoned the site already :)

I've been familiarising myself with the features available in TikiWiki (plus my other responsibilities) and I have some test content available now. The site is slowly taking shape, with the general theme selected, a test blog posted, removed the TikiWiki template content, and have a test Java applet and Scratch game available.
